All in all everything was fine, had a perfect 10/10 stay for 3 nights. The staff were all excellent and exceptionally nice. It had decent and handy location, close enough to clubs and bars as well as the city center. The bar was cosy.

Would stay here again when I'm in Belfast. The venue is clean, the staff is very helpful. This property is in a decent location, not far from Botanical Gardens, Ulster Museum and Queen's Belfast University and city center via public buses that stop near B & B. They have a lot of meals to choose from, the food is good.

The venue was charming old, I greatly enjoyed the stay and the location was absolutely perfect near Windsor Park, the University and Botanical Gardens and Belfast town centre. I didn't want to leave and would definitely stop here again.

We would recommend it. This was a just perfect stay for 3 nights. The staff was excellent and amazingly nice, as well as owner. Lots of food for breakfast, which was fabulous to satisfy everyone. The location was decent, for example, Rise Sculpture was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. Also, the area was excellent.

Stayed for 1 night in this lovely welcoming and bright place, truly enjoyed that. The staff were affable and accommodating without being intrusive. The breakfast was nice, with a lot of food options. The location was excellent for walking around an Early Peoples gallery. And the area was good, just next door to the botanic gardens, and town centre.
